Senior Organizational Development Specialist
Job Description
Training and Development:
- Design and implement training programs to enhance employee competencies.
- Conduct training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and development opportunities.
Performance Management System (PMS):
- Implement and monitor Performance Management Systems to track organizational performance.
- Develop and maintain performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of organizational strategies.
- Provide feedback and recommendations based on performance data to drive continuous improvement.
Change Management:
- Lead and manage organizational change initiatives, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
- Develop change management plans, including communication strategies and stakeholder engagement.
Reporting and Presentation:
- Prepare and present detailed reports and presentations to senior management.
Process Evaluation and Analysis:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of current organizational processes and workflows.
- Utilize data analytics to identify inefficiencies and areas for process improvement.

- Manage employee relations issues and respond to employee inquiries and concerns.
- Developing and updating org charts and job descriptions through job analysis to help articulate the most important job duties needed by an employee.
- Conduct exit interviews and analyze data.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or HR AAST Diploma (Essential).
- 2:5 years of experience in the HR field – at least 2 years in OD.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Superb computer literacy with capability in email, MS Office, and related HR software.
