Export Sales Specialist
Job Description
The Export Sales specialist will support the export sales process, ensure smooth order fulfillment, and provide excellent customer service to our international clients. You will be responsible for various tasks, including order processing, export documentation, logistics coordination, and customer communication.
-Create new sales opportunities in new markets.
-Follow up on existing customers to activate sales volume.
-Receiving calls, visits, and e-mails for export clients.
-Complete the transaction by sending the quotation, receiving the purchase order, and agreeing on the price and supply.
-Follow market changes and competitors.
-Follow up on shipments and provide updates to customers on order status.
-Respond to customer inquiries regarding orders, products, and export procedures
-Provide troubleshooting assistance for customer orders, account statuses, and relevant problems.
Job Requirements
– A BS degree in marketing or an associate degree in a relevant field is a plus.
-A fluent English speaker is a MUST.
-Strong written and verbal communication skills both in English & Arabic.
-0:3 years experience in sales export.
